Please make sure that your address details are correct in your order confirmation email. We are not able to amend delivery addresses/reroute parcels once dispatched from our warehouse so please get in touch ASAP if you notice any errors in your order confirmation.

We deliver 5 days a week from Tuesday – Saturday across London and beyond

All deliveries will be made by our refrigerator temperature controlled van. Please be aware, we do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland. Also, we can sent you order via Royal Mail/DPD in the recyclable insulated boxes and ice packs are used to ensure our products stay cool and arrive in perfect condition.

All deliveries are usually made between 6am & 6pm. It is important NOT to request a different delivery day via Royal mail/DPD, once your order is dispatched.

On rare occasions your parcel may be delayed by 24 hours. Our insulated boxes will keep the products in right condition for up to 24 hours from dispatch (orders are dispatched midday the day before your delivery date), although various factors can effect this. We cannot provide refunds or replacements for delayed orders unless the quality of the product has been compromised. If you have any concerns once your delivery has arrived, please contact us. If your parcel arrives damaged, please report this within 48 hours of delivery via email including a photo to alyurlimited@gmail.com

The driver may not knock or ring your doorbell. The way couriers deliver parcels has changed in recent years and although we would prefer all drivers knocked, many now don’t, and we are unable to make them. You should receive a text or email when your parcel is delivered, please look out for this as it is the most reliable form of delivery notification.

Ordering online is simple, it should only take a few minutes, but if you have any issues or would prefer to order over the phone, please call us 12.00-19.00 Monday to Friday.
